Which ticket should you buy?
- Most visitors: the normal admission ticket. The official e-ticket site (eticket.petronastwintowers.com.my) lists it as “Sky Bridge & Observation Deck”, booked by time slot. The Skybridge links the towers at Levels 41 and 42, 170 m above the ground; the observation deck on Level 86 is more than 370 m up (official Design & Structure page).
- Evening Experience: the same prices table shows a higher evening rate. The official page does not say which time slots count as “evening”, so check the label on the slot when you book.
- Priority Access: for adults and seniors only. The official promotions page says it lets you visit “without the wait” if normal tickets are gone. The e-ticket site lists a dress code for it (see the rules below).
- Premium Sky Access: the only option sold as Skybridge-only (RM130). It costs more than a normal ticket, which already includes the Skybridge, so ask the operator what extra it gives before you pay.
- Families: for two non-Malaysian adults and one child (above 2 to 12), normal admission costs RM319 on a weekday (127 + 127 + 65) or RM343 at the weekend (137 + 137 + 69). A child below 2 adds nothing.
The official page does not define “weekday” and “weekend”. If you visit on a public holiday, check which rate the booking site shows.

Earlier in 2026 the visit also closed for Hari Raya Aidilfitri (20 to 23 March) and Hari Raya Aidiladha (27 May), so check the official page for 2027 festival dates before you plan.
Time slots and how to book
- Timed tickets: the visit runs on a time-ticketing system. Every ticket is for one date and one time slot.
- Where to buy: the official page tells visitors to buy on the official e-ticket site, eticket2.petronastwintowers.com.my. For a visit within the next 24 hours, it asks you to buy on that platform. Download your e-ticket and show it at check-in. “All tickets are subject to availability”, and the e-ticket site says tickets are limited and sold first come, first served.
- Arrive 15 minutes early: be at the check-in area 15 minutes before your slot. The e-ticket site says late arrivals “WILL NOT be entertained or accommodated”, and the official page says there is no refund if you miss your time.
- No refunds or transfers: tickets are not refundable or transferable. The management may reschedule or cancel visits without notice.
- Malaysian rates need ID: MyKad or MyKid must be shown at entry. If it does not match the ticket type, you pay the difference (e-ticket site).
- Other sellers: in February 2026, Petrosains, which runs the tower visit, signed an agreement with Trip.com to sell Sky Xperience tickets on Trip.com’s global platform (Gaya Travel, 12 February 2026). The official page says the management is not responsible for claims or refunds on tickets bought from unofficial vendors.
- Groups: travel agencies can buy up to 40 tickets per day, per visit, in the same time slot, at the ticketing counter.
Rules for the visit
- Children under 12 must be with a parent, guardian or adult. The terms say children aged 2 and below enter free.
- All bags and personal items go through a security scanner.
- No eating, drinking, chewing gum or smoking during the visit.
- There is a drop-off area for belongings behind the check-in counter, and only a limited number of lockers (official pages).
- Free wheelchairs are available, first come, first served. If someone in your group uses a wheelchair, the e-ticket site asks you to email [email protected] before the visit.
- Dress code for Priority Access and dining packages: formal or smart casual (collared shirts, long pants, neat jeans, skirts below the knee). Not allowed: revealing clothes, Bermuda shorts, torn or faded jeans, T-shirts, sleeveless tops, open-toe shoes, slippers and sandals. The e-ticket site shows this for Priority Access and the Malaysia Petroleum Club dining package; we found no dress code for normal admission on the official pages.
