The rates include 18% GST. They do not include snacks, food, accessories or clothes. Infants below 3 ft enter free. Seniors above 60 get 50% off the adult ticket, which is how the senior price in the table is set. The rate card shows one price list and does not split weekday and weekend prices.
The park’s FAQ says the entry ticket covers all rides except Box Cricket and the 5D Virtual ride. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, and each ticket admits one person. Entry is one-time only: you cannot leave and come back in.

- School and college groups: up to 50% off, with a minimum group of 20 students and an authorisation letter from the institute. The park lists free entry and food for one teacher per 15 students. The school offer does not apply from 25 December to 1 January.

The home page says “We Are Open 365 Days” and the FAQ confirms that the park is open on national holidays with closing time extended by an hour. A few other pages on the park’s website show slightly different opening times for Snow Park and UpDown (11:00 AM in one place), so arrive at the Fantasy Park opening time of 10:30 AM and check the ticket portal for the day you plan to go.
Dress code and what to bring
The dress code is the rule that catches most visitors out. For safety and hygiene, the park allows only clothes made of nylon, polyester and lycra.
- Allowed: T-shirts, shorts, three-fourth pants, full pants and swimsuits.
- Not allowed: saree, dupatta, salwar, formal pants and jeans.
- Wet clothes are not allowed on these dry games: Dashing Car, 5D Virtual, Crazy Spin, Augmented Reality, Box Cricket, Tagada and Crazy Roller.
- Socks are mandatory in the Snow Park.
- The park’s Tips page says you can buy clothing on the premises. Changing rooms with showers are at two locations.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed, apart from infant food and essential medication. Weapons, narcotics and alcohol are prohibited, and pets are not allowed. Cameras are allowed at no extra charge, according to the FAQ.
Height and weight limits
The FAQ says some rides need a minimum height of 4.5 ft: Columbus, Rock Climbing, Pendulum, Aqua Tornado and Aqua Racer. The rate card also lists weight restrictions on the Pendulum Slide, Aqua Racer, Blizzard Slide, SuperLoop Slide and Aqua Tornado.

Best time to visit
The park’s own Tips page suggests reaching half an hour early to get smaller crowds and shorter queues, doing a couple of dry rides first and then the water rides, and finishing the adrenaline rides before lunch. For Snow Park and UpDown, which take under an hour each, the park suggests going after the water park, and to collect your belongings from the locker before leaving the water side. The park does not publish seasonal crowd data.
