- What the ticket covers: admission with unlimited water-ride access for the date you buy. Hotel/room combo offers on the home page are separate products and are not the day-ticket rates above.
- Example (our arithmetic): two adults and one child on a Saturday pay ₹2,000 (2 × ₹800 + ₹400). The same group on a Tuesday pays ₹1,750 (2 × ₹700 + ₹350).
- Child age / height: the official T&Cs say children who are above 1 year old with height less than 4 ft 6 in are treated as the child category. The Weekdays Offer page adds that a kid’s ticket is for children under 4.6 feet or 10 years, whichever is lower. The Weekend Offer page says entry is complimentary only up to 1 year, and anyone taller than 4 ft 6 in is an adult. Carry age or height proof if your child is close to these limits.

Rules, lockers and costumes
- Outside food and alcohol: not allowed. Intoxicated guests are not allowed.
- Security check: bags and parcels may be checked at entry.
- Dress for water rides: synthetic/polyester swimwear is compulsory in pools and rides. Sarees, dupattas, long pants, shirts, jeans, burkha, denim and cargos are not allowed on water rides/pools (T&Cs).
- Health: pregnant guests and people with heart issues, high blood pressure or epilepsy are advised to avoid fast/adventure rides and water slides.
- Children: must be accompanied by adults.
- Height limits: some rides have height boards; children below the board are not permitted on that ride.
