Dubai Frame ticket price (2026): entry costs AED 50 for adults and AED 20 for children aged 3 to 12, according to the official Dubai Frame website run by Dubai Municipality. Children under 3 go free, and so do people of determination (visitors with disabilities) plus 2 companions. Dubai Municipality’s price resolution says these prices do not include 5% VAT, so expect to pay AED 52.50 per adult and AED 21 per child at checkout, the amounts shown on the official Visit Dubai booking listing that is supplied by Dubai Frame. That is about ₹1,360 / US$14.30 per adult. Dubai Frame is open every day from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, including weekends and public holidays, at Zabeel Park Gate 4.

Last checked: 27 October 2026. Prices and timings come from the official Dubai Frame website (dubaiframe.ae, run by Dubai Municipality), the Dubai Legislation Portal and the Visit Dubai booking listing. Nothing on this page comes from a personal visit. Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). The rupee and dollar figures use the open.er-api.com rates of 27 October 2026 (AED 1 = ₹25.94 = US$0.2723) and are rounded; your card or money changer will use its own rate.
Dubai Frame ticket price list: every official rate
The price table on dubaiframe.ae only shows the individual ticket. The full list is in Dubai Municipality’s Administrative Resolution No. (78) of 2022, “Prescribing the Dubai Frame Entry Ticket Price”, which is still the price schedule in force. Resolution No. (191) of 2025 (20 June 2025) changed only the list of free categories; it did not change any price.
| Ticket type (Resolution 78 of 2022) | Price per person (AED, before VAT) |
|---|---|
| Individuals – adult | AED 50 |
| Individuals – child (3–12 years) | AED 20 |
| Educational institutions – adult | AED 30 |
| Educational institutions – child | AED 20 |
| Government entities | AED 40 |
| “Smart platform offers” – adult | AED 42.50 |
| Tourism companies (bulk, 20 to 10,000 tickets) | AED 46 (valid 5 months) |
| Tourism companies (bulk, 10,001 to 20,000 tickets) | AED 43 (valid 8 months) |
| Tourism companies (bulk, over 20,000 tickets) | AED 40 (valid 1 year) |
The 15% off-peak online discount
Article 1 of the same resolution says tickets bought through the official website are discounted by 15% during off-peak hours: 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Resolution 191 of 2025 did not change this article. We could not see the discount on the booking site itself (it only loads in a browser), so check the price shown for your time slot before you pay. If the discount is applied to the full AED 50 price, an adult ticket would be AED 42.50 before VAT.
Who gets free entry, and is there a resident or senior price?
- Children under 3: free (official site and Resolution 78 of 2022).
- People of determination and 2 companions: free. The official site says that if you booked a people-of-determination ticket online, you should go to the ticketing counter to issue the companion tickets (maximum 2 companions).
- School groups: since Resolution 191 of 2025, one supervisor goes free for every group of at least 10 students from an educational institution.
- Children’s age band: the official site and the resolution say the child price is for ages 3 to 12. The Visit Dubai booking listing labels its child ticket “3–11” and its adult ticket “12+”, so a 12-year-old may be charged the adult price when booking there. Check the age wording on the platform you book on.
- UAE residents: the official price list has no separate resident rate. Residents and tourists pay the same AED 50 / AED 20.
- Senior citizens: the current official price list and the 2022 and 2025 resolutions do not list a senior discount or free entry for seniors. Dubai Frame’s own 2018 opening article said “the elderly” could visit free; that line is not repeated on the current price page, so ask at the counter before relying on it.

The official site does not publish a last-entry time. Tickets are sold for a date and time slot, and the official FAQ asks you to arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled admission time. Some resellers quote a last entry of 8:30 pm, but that is not on the official site.
Best time to visit Dubai Frame for the glass bridge
- Sunset: Dubai Frame itself recommends watching “the spectacular view of the sunset from the top of the bridge”. On 27 October 2026 the sun set in Dubai at about 5:42 pm (sunrise-sunset.org); the same source gives about 5:28 pm on 1 December, 5:50 pm on 15 January and 6:12 pm on 15 February (Dubai time). Book a slot roughly 45–60 minutes before sunset to see the city in daylight, at sunset and with the lights on.
- Cheapest slots: if the online off-peak discount is applied, the cheapest times are 9:00 am–12:00 noon and 7:30–9:00 pm.
- Quieter days: the official FAQ “highly recommends” booking in advance, “especially on weekends”.
- Heat: on 27 October 2026 the weather box on the official site still showed 38 °C around midday, so the walk from the metro or car park is easier in the morning or evening.
- Bad weather: the Visit Dubai listing says the attraction may close temporarily in severe weather, with reschedules but no refunds.

What the ticket includes
One ticket covers the whole visitor route described on dubaiframe.ae:
- Old Dubai Gallery on the mezzanine: a multimedia exhibition about the city’s change from a fishing village to a modern city.
- Sky Deck (Present Dubai): a panoramic lift takes you up, with views of “Old Dubai” to the north and “New Dubai” to the south. Dubai Municipality says the structure is 150 metres high and that the lift climbs 48 floors.
- Glass walkway: the official site mentions “the luminous glass walkway at Bridge”. The Visit Dubai listing describes it as a 25 m² transparent walkway in the centre of the Sky Deck.
- Future Dubai Gallery: back on the mezzanine, with a “swirl tunnel” and audio-visual effects.
The ticket is valid for one day: the official FAQ says it can be used for entry on the booked date. Dubai Frame also lists a “VIP ticket” and a “Bridge Breakfast” experience, but their prices are not shown on the public pages, so check them on the booking site. The Visit Dubai listing says its tickets cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
How to book Dubai Frame tickets
According to the official FAQ you can buy tickets at the main park entrance, on the Dubai Frame website (ticketingsales.dubaiframe.ae, linked from the “Book a Ticket” button) or in the Dubai Frame app. You receive a barcode e-ticket; each e-ticket gives one entry, so printing the same booking twice does not let a second person in. The official call centre number is 800900 (24/7). Resellers and tour apps sell their own bundles at their own prices; those are not the official list price.
Location and how to get there
- Address: Dubai Frame, Zabeel Park, Gate 4, Dubai. The official site says the park is bordered by Sheikh Rashid Road, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road and Sheikh Zayed Road; the Visit Dubai listing says Gate 4 is reached from Sheikh Rashid Road.
- Metro: the official site names Al Jafiliya metro station. RTA renamed that Red Line station Max (Max Fashion) in 2021 (The National, 4 August 2021), so look for “Max” on the metro map.
- Parking: the Visit Dubai listing says visitor parking is free for the first 30 minutes and then charged by the hour; it does not give the hourly rate on the page.
- Bags and rules: large bags and strollers must be left at the Gate 4 counter. No pets, smoking, food or drinks; children under 12 must stay with an adult; “respectful clothing” is expected.
