Jony Fun World Chitlapakkam quick facts card: location, indoor kids play, confirm tickets on site

Jony Fun World is a small indoor kids’ play and party venue in Chitlapakkam, Chennai (SK Complex on Chitlapakkam Main Road, opposite Punjab National Bank). It is not a large amusement park or water park. On 10 October 2026 we could not find an official park website that publishes a current walk-in ticket price list, so this page does not invent adult, combo or annual-pass rates. Confirm today’s game packages and party rates by calling or visiting the venue before you go.

Last checked: 10 October 2026. This refresh replaces the old 2025 copy that listed unverified theme-park prices, rides and discounts. It uses secondary business listings for address and (where noted) hours only. It is not based on a visit.

If a booking app or map card shows different hours, trust a direct confirmation from the venue. Do not use the old ₹1,200 / ₹1,600 / ₹3,500 figures that appeared on this URL previously; those were not traced to an official tariff.

Ticket prices (honest status for 2026)

We searched for an official Jony Fun World site, a government tourism tariff page, and a primary booking page that states walk-in game rates. None turned up with a usable price table on the check day. Secondary listings say the place sells individual games and combo packages and that pricing is generally economical compared with mall play zones, but they do not publish rupee amounts we can cite.

What to do instead:

  • Call the venue number on your map listing (Wheree shows +91 78455 47469) and ask for today’s combo duration and price.
  • If you need a birthday slot, Venuebookingz lists it as a hall/party venue with veg-only in-house food rules for events; ask the venue for a written party quote.
  • Ignore third-party “guides” that invent VR roller coasters, water-park combos, annual passes, early-bird percentages or “Go Plan Ready weekend bundles” for this address — those claims were removed from this page because they were not sourced.

Timings

One secondary listing (Wheree) shows Monday–Sunday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. That page also says the business owner has not completed Wheree’s verification. Treat 10–8 as a lead only. Confirm before you travel, especially on public holidays.

Where it is and how to reach

Address repeated across listings: SK Complex, Chitlapakkam Main Road, opposite Punjab National Bank, Indira Nagar, Chitlapakkam, Chennai. Venuebookingz adds Selaiyur in the locality string and PIN 600073; some map cards show 600064. Use a map app pinned to “Jony Fun World” / SK Complex rather than memorising the PIN.

There is no verified official claim of a “Chitlapakkam Metro Station” exit that drops you at the door. Chennai Metro Phase 2 corridors were still under development in public reporting; do not plan on a five-minute metro walk based on the old text of this post. Common approaches from southern Chennai are by bus, auto or cab toward Chitlapakkam / Selaiyur / Camp Road. Venuebookingz notes Selaiyur bus stop as a nearby bus reference and roughly 5 km to the nearest railway (listing figure — not surveyed by us).

Parking: listings mention a small parking area (Venuebookingz: about 15 cars for events). Expect limited space at peak evening hours.

What to expect (and what not to expect)

Review summaries and venue listings describe jungle-themed soft play, dashing cars, basketball, air hockey, trampoline/arcade-style games and birthday hosting. Typical visits are described as about one to two hours for younger children (often cited up to about 10–12 years). The indoor area is repeatedly called small compared with big theme parks.

This venue is not the same as Funworld Bangalore, Queensland Chennai, Kishkinta, Paravasa Ulagam or Black Thunder. Those are separate parks with their own ticket pages. For larger Chennai/Tamil Nadu park tickets on this site, see the related guides below — without copying their prices onto this page.

What we removed from the old article

  • Unsourced “2025 ticket rates” of ₹1,200 / ₹1,600 / ₹3,500 and student “200 naira” wording
  • Invented Early Bird / Weekday / Weekend Bundle discounts and a Go Plan Ready app upsell
  • Fake attractions (Galaxy Warp VR coaster, Tsunami Splash 100-ft drop, Lazy Coconut River, NFT wristbands, solar-powered ride percentages)
  • Unverified transport hacks (Chitlapakkam Metro 5-minute walk, free EV parking, airport cab deal)
  • Off-topic push to an unrelated hotel page as a “transport hack”
