These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getindexrocket at https://getindexrocket.com, including all related services, APIs, and dashboards. By registering, submitting URLs, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service description

getindexrocket provides URL submission, discovery feed generation, IndexNow and sitemap notifications, crawl verification, and pipeline analytics for SEO and link-building workflows.

The service is designed to help search engines discover URLs you submit. We do not guarantee that any search engine will crawl, index, or rank your URLs. Results depend on search engine algorithms, site quality, and crawl budget.

3. Accounts and eligibility

To use the service you must:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• Be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Not share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs you do not have the right to promote or that contain illegal content.
• Submit malware, phishing pages, spam, or content that violates third-party intellectual property.
• Abuse the API, attempt to circumvent credit limits, or overload our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service without written permission.
• Use the platform to misrepresent guaranteed Google indexing or deceive clients.
• Submit personal data of others without lawful basis or consent.

5. Credits, billing, and refunds

New URLs consume credits according to your plan. Duplicate submissions of the same URL do not consume additional credits. Paid subscriptions renew according to the plan you select unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Credits and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once consumed or after the billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a promotion. We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

6. URL submissions and discovery

By submitting a URL, you grant us a limited license to process, list, and notify search engines about that URL through sitemaps, RSS feeds, IndexNow, and related discovery mechanisms. You represent that you have the right to submit each URL.

We may refuse or remove submissions that violate these Terms, appear abusive, or pose security risks, without refund of credits used.

7. API and integrations

API access is subject to rate limits, authentication requirements, and fair-use policies. API keys must be kept confidential. We may suspend API access for violations or excessive usage that impacts platform stability.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific indexing outcomes on Google, Bing, or any other search engine.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, getindexrocket and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost rankings, or lost data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless getindexrocket from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, URLs you submit, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that should survive (liability limits, indemnity, governing law) remain in effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of getindexrocket is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

13. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, stop using the service.
